Ok i dont know if its worth maxing both falcon skills but dont think so and the falcon mastery i think yea xD,dunno if the ulti is worth it and the attack speed buff is horrible >_>
But yea its a good build after all dont think there is much points to waste at
(i think the bird watching is actually good i maxed it)

The net bind is a MUST on pvp btw
