1. They are all level 4 or higher guild while eng at 3
2. All of them can Win emp (besides kage)
3. They have more members 100+ while eng is at 70ish
4. Most of their members are good geared and high level
5. Most of their member can help themselves as in not askin for help all the time
6. They all hve Rose and Patch in vault for members to use
7. Most of their members are well known and famous.
8. Most of them are able to be able to make a elga party (no sure if kage can now)
9. Their guild are page 1 on T-board (except kage)
10. Last of all their guild has people whose myhomes have good buffs

Will, let me just share my view with you.
Engetsurin has always been a Guild that does not care about levels, equipment, items, skill in PvP or fame.

The only thing we care about, is making the game more enjoyable for its players by offering them a social environment in which they can spend their online time chatting amongst themselves, which is why our only requirement for joining is to be a fluent speaker of English (up to a certain extent).
Leveling together and helping each other out are merely the fruits that social interaction may bear.

Helping players get better weapons and pieces of equipment is not one of our goals. They will have to obtain those by themselves. Of course, that does not mean that I will not help out every now and then, but I only do that because I personally want to, and not because such an act is Guild policy.

Let me get one thing clear, though: Of course, I understand that preferences are very subjective, so I also understand if you value the things you mentioned earlier more than the values of which my view consists.

I just wanted to let you know that, though Engetsurin is weak compared to other Guilds in terms of PvP, equipment, Guild level, etc., we are strong in our own way. Once again, I am not trying to make you change your mind, I merely wanted to get my point across.

I know eng are all the above u said and i do enjoy being in eng (even though i'm not on much) but i was stating my opinion why i liked the other guild better to term (cause he was pestering me about his enthusiasm for own guild's ego which was quite agravating) i didn't mean to offend anyone (and i shouldn't cause lindsey would hurt me #10) but yea if i did offend you i'm sorry and mainly what i said was my own opinion so it shouldn't be taken into account too serverly but if i did cause any fatal opinionated thoughts then i'm sorry for it

What I meant was can you help me mke the posters and designs like you do?

Well, it's actually not hard to make eye-candy, all you need is a little inspiration and good reference material (guides) along with the interest in making it

My tips as a beginner (I started doing stuff like this last year so yeah I consider myself as a beginner ) is that you start doing or following different guides of photoshop related work, I'll post some links here to sites that I've recently found really awesome and easy to use.
